Ingredients Directions

Blend on high until frothy, then pour into large bowl:

  • both coconut ingredients, with 6 eggs
  • then both canned milks with 6 more eggs
  • then whole milk and remaining 6 eggs plus 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Mix well in the bowl and add salt, sugar, nutmeg and remaining cinnamon. Pour into bottles or a gallon jug and refrigerate. Serve with a sprinkle of nutmeg or cinnamon.

This is our "virgin" recipe. For those who prefer, white rum (to taste) may be added before bottling.
