Season chicken with adobo; brown on high heat in the oil, covering the pot between stirs and lowering the heat as needed to avoid burning it. This takes about 10 -15 minutes; after 5 minutes, add the Mrs. Dash. When the chicken is well browned and cooked through, drain the fat from the pot; add the soup, water, and the liquid from the mushrooms. When it starts to boil, add the onions, parsley, garlic salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes and then add the sour cream, mushrooms, pimentos, black olives, and the cilantro. Cook until it just starts to bubble again, salt to taste; cover and turn it off. Serve over cooked, drained, and buttered pasta shells.
